Dour tends to have a smell/stench issue. In 2008 it was horrendous, but in 2009 they dispersed some kind of powder/grain on the mud puddles and it solved most of the stench problems - but still, after a few nights, the plains of Dour were smelling like mouldy cow dung again. Anyone had the same problem with the smell?
Also, I had to park the car about 2 kilometers from the entrance just to avoid a 4-day parking ticket. Urgh. - Anyway - I'm just cheap.
But getting food by car meant walking 30 minutes - so we didn't and just spent loads of money on the food stands.
Maybe there's some kind of Facebook group just for Dour complaints :) If anyone knows ..
